1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit A ("we", "us", or "our") handles data in the JMeter Performance Analytics for Jira application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure experience.

2. Data Collection and Processing

The App is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means that:

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or passwords.
• Technical Data: The App processes technical performance metrics sent from your JMeter tests (e.g., response times, error rates, throughput). This data is linked only to the specific Jira Issue ID where the results are displayed.
• Authentication: The App uses unique, user-generated secret tokens to authorize incoming webhooks. These tokens are stored securely within your Jira instance.

3. Data Storage

All data processed by the App is stored using Atlassian Forge Hosted Storage.

• We do not maintain any external databases.
• Your data stays within the Atlassian infrastructure, benefiting from Atlassian's enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.

4. Data Retention

Data remains in your Jira instance's storage as long as:

1. The App is installed.
2. The specific Jira issue exists.
3. You do not manually clear the test results within the App. Upon uninstallation of the App, all associated data stored in the Forge Hosted Storage is deleted in accordance with Atlassian’s data retention policies.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade your data with any third parties. Since we do not have an external server, your data is never transmitted outside of the Atlassian ecosystem by our App.
