This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application IntelliBiz (hereinafter, “the App”), developed by Abdul Muiz (hereinafter, “the Developer”), handles user data and privacy.

1. No Personal Data Collected by Default

IntelliBiz does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users in its demo version.

• The App does not require an account or login for demo access.
• All demo preferences and interactions are stored locally on the user’s device.
• The App does not connect to external servers or APIs in its current version.

2. Enterprise Integrations (If Activated)

If the App is activated with enterprise ERP integration, it may access selected KPI data through secure APIs with the customer's explicit permission.

• All such integrations are configured at the enterprise level.
• No personal data or user identities are collected through the app itself.
• The App acts as a viewer of ERP reports already available in the client’s infrastructure.

3. Local Notifications

The App may use local notifications to inform users about updates in KPI reports or status alerts. These are managed entirely on the device, based on locally available data.

Users can control or disable notifications through their device settings at any time.
