### 1.2 Locally Stored Game Data
The App stores game progress data **exclusively on your device** using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage mechanism. This data includes:
- In-game currency balances (coins and gems)
- Unlocked aircraft and equipment
- Equipped loadouts and upgrade levels
- Player level, experience points, and high scores
- Game settings (such as audio preferences)
- Tutorial completion status
**This data never leaves your device.** It is not transmitted to us, to any server, to any third party, or to any external system. It exists solely in your device's local storage and is fully under your control. Deleting the App will permanently erase all locally stored game data.
### 1.3 Network Connectivity
The App uses Apple's Network framework solely to detect whether your device has an active internet connection. **No data is transmitted over this connection.** The connectivity check is used exclusively to determine whether end-of-game rewards should be granted. The App does not make any HTTP requests, API calls, WebSocket connections, or any other form of network communication to any server, endpoint, or external service.

For the avoidance of any doubt, we explicitly confirm that we do **not**:
- Collect, track, or monitor any user behavior, usage patterns, or analytics
- Use any analytics platforms (including but not limited to Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Flurry, or any equivalent)
- Use any crash reporting services (including but not limited to Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag, or any equivalent)
- Use any advertising networks or display any advertisements of any kind
- Use any attribution or tracking SDKs
- Use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (as no tracking occurs)
- Use Apple's SKAdNetwork or any advertising measurement framework
- Access the device's camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, calendar, health data, location services, Bluetooth, or any other sensitive device capability
- Create user accounts, profiles, or require any form of registration
- Use cookies, web beacons, pixels, fingerprinting, or any tracking technologies
- Engage in cross-app tracking, cross-site tracking, or any form of user profiling

## 3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SDKS
The App does **not** integrate, embed, or utilize any third-party software development kits (SDKs), libraries, frameworks, services, or APIs beyond Apple's standard first-party iOS frameworks (including SwiftUI, UIKit, SceneKit, SpriteKit, AVFoundation, Metal, Foundation, and Network).
**No third-party code of any kind is included in the App.** There are no third-party analytics providers, advertising networks, social media integrations, payment processors, cloud services, authentication providers, or data brokers involved in the operation of this App.

## 4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
The App does **not** offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any form of paid content. All in-game items, aircraft, weapons, and equipment are obtainable exclusively through gameplay using virtual in-game currency (coins and gems) that cannot be purchased with real money. No financial transactions of any kind occur within the App.

## 5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
### 5.1 COPPA Compliance
The App does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because the App collects no personal data whatsoever from any user of any age, it is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it pertains to children, and all other applicable children's privacy laws worldwide.
### 5.2 Age-Appropriate Content
The App contains stylized military flight simulation gameplay with non-graphic, cartoon-style visual effects. There is no realistic violence, gore, blood, profanity, sexual content, gambling, substance use, or any other content inappropriate for general audiences.

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of breach, unauthorized access, or compromise. Locally stored game data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and iOS sandboxing. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE DEVELOPER FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE US DOLLAR ($1.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
