Fazed ("the app", "we", "us") is designed with your privacy as the priority. This policy explains what data Fazed collects, how it is used, and your rights.
- DATA WE COLLECT
Fazed stores the following information you choose to enter:
- Your cycle data (last period start date, cycle length, period length, past period dates)
- Your daily check-ins (energy, mood, sleep, and any custom metrics you create)
- Your training data (workout programs, lifts, sets, reps, weights, durations, RPE, notes)
- Your reminder and notification preferences
- Your app settings (default metrics, custom metric configuration)
Fazed does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifier.
- WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED
All data stays on your device. Fazed stores everything locally using your phone's secure storage (AsyncStorage on iOS). Nothing is uploaded to a server, sent to us, or shared with any third party.
We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to access your data.
- BACKUPS AND EXPORTS
You can manually back up your data within the app. Backups are saved to your device's local files (and to iCloud Drive only if you choose to save them there). Restoring a backup pulls your data back into the app on the same or a different device.
You can also export your Fazed File as a PDF to share with a coach, a doctor, or anyone you choose. Exports are generated on your device.
- THIRD PARTIES
Fazed does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to anyone.
- NOTIFICATIONS
If you opt in to reminders, Fazed schedules them locally on your device. No notification content is sent through our servers because we have no servers.
- CHILDREN
Fazed is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
- NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE
Fazed is a self-awareness tool, not a medical device, not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always talk to a qualified provider for medical questions.
- CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we ever update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
