• Notes: Rich-text entries and "Thought Dumps."
• Focus Settings: Timer preferences and Pomodoro configurations.
• The Shield: Lists of blocked URLs and scheduled work hours.

This data is saved using the browser's internal storage APIs (such as chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your machine.
