Welcome to DeadCase. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("the App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

• Account Data: When you first open the App, an anonymous account is automatically created using Firebase Authentication. This generates a unique user ID (UID) that is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity. No registration or login is required.
• Automatically Collected Data: When you access the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, operating system, device ID, browser type, and information about your usage of the App.
• User-Generated Content (AI Interactions): DeadCase features interactive detective gameplay powered by artificial intelligence. Any text, queries, or prompts you submit within the game to interact with the AI are collected and processed to generate real-time responses. These interactions are not stored permanently and are used solely for gameplay purposes.
• Financial Data: We do not directly collect or store your credit card details. All in-app purchases (such as DeadCoins and Premium Subscriptions) are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

DeadCase offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly plans) and consumable in-app purchases (DeadCoins).

• Payment is charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions).
• Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, which processes your anonymous user ID and purchase receipts to validate entitlements.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To provide, monetize, and improve DeadCase, we integrate several third-party services. These services may collect and process your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Gemini API (AI Processing): We use Google's Gemini API to power the interactive detective features. The text prompts and questions you submit in-game are sent to Google's servers to generate dynamic responses.
