Chronos World Clock (“Chronos”, “the Extension”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Chronos World Clock Chrome extension.
Short version: we don’t collect, store, or send any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
We do not collect personal information of any kind. That includes browsing history, location data, IP addresses, analytics, or anything that could be used to identify you.
The only data the extension uses is your selected time zones, alarm settings, and display preferences. This information is stored locally on your device using Chrome’s built-in storage. It never leaves your device, is never sent to any server, and is not accessible to us or to any third party. You can remove this data at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Chronos World Clock requests a small number of permissions, strictly for core functionality:
No additional permissions are requested beyond what is necessary for the extension to work as intended.
Chronos World Clock does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking scripts, or external APIs. All functionality runs locally within the extension.
Because all data is stored locally, it is protected by your device and browser’s own security mechanisms. We cannot view, access, or retrieve your data, and nothing is ever transmitted over the internet.
Chronos World Clock does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. In fact, the extension does not collect personal information from any user at all.
