Checklist Runner respects your privacy. This app is designed to work entirely offline and does not collect or share your personal information.

Data We Collect

• None. Checklist Runner does not collect analytics, personal information, or usage data.

Data You Provide

• Checklists and Runs: Created and stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
• Notes, Photos, and Signatures: If you add notes, photos, or signatures to your run steps, they are stored only on your device. These files are never uploaded to any server.
• Company Name & Logo: Optional information you add for PDF reports is stored locally on your device.

Data Sharing

• No external sharing. All data remains on your device. PDF reports you export can be shared manually by you using the iOS share sheet.

Purchases

• Checklist Runner uses Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases.
• Payment and subscription information is handled entirely by Apple.
• We do not see or store your payment details.
