This Chrome Extension ("the Extension") is provided by Bullets. We value your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum necessary.

Information We Collect

• Job Posting Data: When you click "Import from this page" in the side panel, the Extension reads the job description text — including the posting's URL — from the page you are actively viewing (any career website, e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, or company career pages), for the purpose of generating tailored resumes. The Extension reads a page only on your explicit click; it does not run in the background or scan pages automatically.
• Authentication: The Extension uses your Bullets account login (Google OAuth) to identify your account. Only your Google email address is used as an identifier, and an authentication token is stored locally in your browser so you don't have to sign in every time.
• No Other Personal Data: The Extension does not collect your browsing history, the pages you visit, personal messages, contacts, or any sensitive personal data.

How We Use Information

• To extract the job description from the page you are viewing, only when you click "Import."
• To connect the imported job posting with your Bullets account (via Google OAuth).
• To provide resume matching and optimization services.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Data may be processed by our trusted service providers (e.g., AWS for hosting; AI providers such as OpenAI and Google for text analysis; PayPal/LemonSqueezy for payments if you subscribe).
• These processors act only under our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Data Security

• Job posting data and account identifiers are transmitted securely using encryption (TLS).
• Resume content is encrypted at rest on our servers.
• Bullets staff do not access your raw data in the ordinary course of business.
