This Privacy Policy describes how Forez s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), located at Madočany 477, 034 83 Liptovská Teplá, Slovakia, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Babylo Client Services mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
To provide our consultation and calling services, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Email address and login credentials managed via our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Profile Data: Information managed in our administrative system (Frappe), such as your name, advisor assignments, and service availability.
- Media Access: We require access to your device's Microphone and Camera to facilitate real-time voice and video communication between clients and advisors. These streams are processed in real-time for the duration of the call and are not recorded or stored on our servers.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, and operating system version for security, connectivity optimization, and diagnostic purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Facilitate secure login and identity verification.
- Enable real-time communication between the client and the authorized advisor.
- Manage service credits and call permissions.
- Maintain and improve the technical stability of the App.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App:
- Clerk: For secure user authentication and identity management.
- Frappe: For backend database management and advisor-client relationship mapping.
- VoIP Service Providers: To provide the infrastructure for real-time voice and video transmission.
