Welcome to AIVision ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how Samet Kılıç (the "Developer") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to provide the AI video and image generation services. This includes:

A. Personal Data

• Contact Information: When you register via Firebase Authentication, we may collect your email address and name.
• Account ID: A unique User ID assigned to you to manage your credits and subscription status.

B. User-Generated Content & Face Data

• Uploaded Images: Photos you upload to the App for the purpose of AI generation. This may include images containing human faces.
• Text Prompts: The text descriptions you enter to generate content.
• Generated Content: The videos and images created by the AI based on your inputs.

C. Financial Data

• Transaction History: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and credit purchases. We do not store your credit card information directly; all transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

D. Usage & Device Data

• We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Meta SDKs to collect anonymous data about how you use the app (e.g., buttons clicked, screens visited) and device information (e.g., device model, OS version, advertising identifiers) to improve performance, fix crashes, and optimize our services.

3. Face Data Policy (Crucial for AI Generation)

To provide features such as "Image-to-Video," "AI Hug," or "Avatar Generation," AIVision processes images containing facial data. In compliance with Apple’s guidelines, we are transparent about this usage:

• Why we collect Face Data: We collect your facial images solely to process them through our AI models (powered by Replicate Inc.) to generate the requested video or image output.
• How we use Face Data: The facial data is sent temporarily to our AI inference provider (Replicate) to perform the transformation requested by you (e.g., animating a face).
