This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Anima Virtuality, Inc. (“Anima,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares your information when you visit www.anima.supply (the “Site”) or download and use the Anima iOS App or App Clip (the "app" and, together with the Site, the “Services”) as well as the choices you can make about how we may use such information. It is important that you take the time to read and understand this Policy so that you know how we use your personal information.

By using the Services, you accept the terms of this Policy and our Terms of Use, and consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as described in this Policy. If you have not done so already, please also review our Terms of Use. The Terms of Use contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Site

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, our payment processor collects certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

The Anima App

When you download and use the app, we will request and collect certain information about your device, including the actions you are taking within the app (which objects you view) and your location while using the app.
