MovieAI (“the App”) helps you discover movies with AI-powered recommendations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process and why.

Information We Process

1) Device and app identifier (UUID)

The App generates a random unique identifier (UUID). We store this UUID on our server to:

• remember movies you liked/skipped,
• avoid showing the same movies again,
• keep your favorites/watchlist associated with your device.

This UUID is not your real name and is not intended to directly identify you.

2) Favorites / skipped movies

We store your favorites and skipped movie identifiers linked to your UUID to provide the service.

3) Text you enter (requests / preferences)

When you type what you want to watch, we process this text to generate recommendations.

We do not store your request or dialog texts in our database at this time (they may be processed transiently to provide the result).

4) Basic technical data (optional)

We may process limited technical data (e.g., error logs) to keep the App stable and secure.

We do not collect precise location.
