Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Vlog Sessions mobile application (the "App"). This App is designed as a companion utility for content creators to log timestamps and notes during video production. We are committed to a "Local-First" privacy model.

1. Information Collection and Usage

Vlog Sessions is designed to function without the collection of any personally identifiable information (PII).

• No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers.
• User-Generated Content: All timestamps, markers, and text notes created within the App are stored locally on your device. Plation Inc. does not have access to your session logs or creative notes.
• No Media Access: The App does not record, store, or transmit video or audio from your device's camera or microphone. It operates solely as a metadata logger.

2. Data Storage and Transfer

• On-Device Processing: All data processing occurs on the user's hardware.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not maintain cloud servers to sync your logs. Your data only leaves the device when you explicitly use the "Export" function to share a file with your editing software or external storage.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

• No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase), advertising SDKs, or tracking cookies.
• System Diagnostics: The App may utilize standard Apple opt-in diagnostic reporting to identify crashes or performance issues, which does not contain user-specific metadata.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored locally, Plation Inc. cannot delete or recover your data for you. Deleting the App or clearing the App's cache will permanently remove all stored session logs.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not collect personal information from any users, including children under the age of 13.
