We collect: personal information (name, email, optional photo), workspace data (submitted details and photos), automatic data (device type, IP, location if granted), and third-party data from Google Places API.
We use data to operate the app, display workspaces, review submissions, communicate updates, ensure security, and comply with legal requirements.
We do not sell or rent data. We share only with Google (Firebase, Cloud), analytics/hosting providers, or authorities if required. All processors operate under valid Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Data is retained only as long as needed for the Service or legal compliance. You can request deletion at info@you2lize.com, and data will be erased within 30 days.
We use encryption, secure EU-region hosting, and access controls. No system is entirely secure, and users share data at their discretion.
Under GDPR, users can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or data portability.

The Service is not intended for users under 16. Data from minors is deleted upon discovery.
Data may be stored outside The Netherlands but only in regions covered by GDPR or Standard Contractual Clauses.
