What Tab Tidy Does

Tab Tidy is a browser extension that helps you declutter your open tabs. It categorises tabs in your current window into Keep, Save, and Archive groups, and stores saved tab data locally so you can restore them later.

Permissions Used

• tabs — to read tab titles, URLs, and activity timestamps in order to categorise and restore tabs.
• storage — to save tab data locally on your device using chrome.storage.local.

Data Collection

Tab Tidy does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All tab information (titles, URLs, timestamps) is stored exclusively on your device using Chrome's local storage API. No data is ever sent to any external server.

Third-Party Services

Tab Tidy does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Data Retention

Saved tab data remains in your browser's local storage until you manually clear it or uninstall the extension.
