This Privacy Policy describes how Stock Alert by VibeStack (the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information when merchants install and use the App with their Shopify store.

- Store information from Shopify (such as store name, domain, and basic account identifiers).
- Inventory and product data needed to detect when inventory reaches zero (such as product/variant identifiers and inventory quantities).
- Email address(es) for alerts that you provide in the App settings.
- Usage and diagnostic data (such as app events and error logs) to operate and improve the App.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Detect when inventory hits zero.
- Send email alerts to the address(es) you configure.
- Provide support and respond to requests.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
