SoundCare ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the SoundCare mobile application.

SoundCare is a speaker cleaning, audio testing, tone generation, dB meter, and sound therapy app. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your microphone audio for advertising or tracking.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

We may collect information you choose to provide while using the app, including:

• Your selected app language or device language
• Speaker cleaning session settings, such as selected duration
• Sound therapy selections and playback sessions
• Speaker test results, such as bass, mid, and treble test responses
• Tone generator usage, such as selected frequency and duration
• dB meter session information, such as average, minimum, and maximum noise readings
• 7-Day Recovery Plan progress
• Activity history and session records stored inside the app
• Feedback, support messages, or issue reports you send to us
• Other information you voluntarily provide when contacting support

b. Microphone and Audio Measurement Data

SoundCare may request microphone access for the dB Meter feature.

The microphone is used to measure ambient sound levels and display approximate noise readings such as current dB, minimum, maximum, and average values.
