Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Snakes and Ladders Now mobile application (the "App"). We adhere to an exhaustive "Local-First" privacy model to ensure your family gaming sessions remain private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.
- AirPlay Connectivity: The App utilizes Apple’s AirPlay technology to display the game board on compatible televisions or monitors. This connection is managed entirely by your system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor or receive any data from your AirPlay stream.
- No Audio/Microphone Access: This App does not require or access your device's camera or microphone.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All logic for dice rolls, player movement, and "Snake vs. Ladder" triggers happens strictly on your local hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your game history, win/loss records, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Deleting the App will permanently remove all local preferences and saved game states. We cannot recover this data because it never leaves your device.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Snakes and Ladders Now.
1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Nature of the Game
- Social Utility: The App provides a digital interface for the classic game of Snakes and Ladders. Plation Inc. is not responsible for any social disputes arising from competitive play.
- AirPlay & Hardware Safety: Users interact with their device while casting to a larger display. You acknowledge responsibility for the physical safety of your device and the display hardware.
