Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Scribbles Now mobile application (the "App"). We adhere to a strict "Local-First" privacy model to ensure your creative sessions and social gatherings remain private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.
- Drawing Data: All sketches and drawings created within the App are processed locally on your device. We do not upload your drawings to our servers.
- AirPlay Connectivity: The App utilizes Apple’s AirPlay technology to display the canvas on compatible televisions or monitors. This connection is managed by your system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor or receive any data from your AirPlay stream.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All logic for word prompts, drawing tools, and canvas rendering happens strictly on your local hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your "Gallery" or session history is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Deleting the App will permanently remove all local drawings and preferences. We cannot recover this data because we never host it.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Scribbles Now.
1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment and creative expression.
2. Nature of the Game & User Content
- Social Utility: The App provides a digital canvas for a drawing-and-guessing game. Plation Inc. is not responsible for the nature of user-generated drawings or any social disputes arising during play.
- Hardware Safety: Users may pass the device or draw with intensity. You acknowledge responsibility for the physical safety of your device and the display hardware. Plation Inc. is not liable for screen damage or hardware failure resulting from use.
