Satoru is a Discord bot designed to enhance server functionality with automation tools. We take your privacy seriously and aim to be transparent about what data is accessed and how it is used.

1. What Data We Store

Satoru stores basic server configuration data, including:

• Server ID and channel IDs
• Settings for automated threads and emoji reactions (e.g., which channel, which emoji)

We do not store any user messages, usernames, or personally identifying information.

2. What Data We Process (Temporarily)

For the reporting system, the bot temporarily processes the content submitted via the modal form (report reason and message) and forwards it as an embed to a designated logs channel.

This data is not stored — it is used only to deliver the message to server admins.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. All stored information is used strictly to operate the bot’s features on your server.
