QuickAccess Sidebar is a Chrome extension designed to help users organize and quickly launch their most-used web tools. We take user privacy seriously and do not collect or transmit any personal data.

What We Collect

• Browsing history
• Device or location data

All configuration data — such as shortcuts, icons, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Chrome’s storage API. No data is sent to any server.

Permissions Used

• storage: Saves your shortcuts and settings locally within your browser.
• tabs, activeTab: Allows the extension to open your selected app or URL in a new tab when clicked.
• host_permissions: Required to allow user-defined URLs to be launched.
• scripting: Supports sidebar behavior like auto-collapse. No third-party or dynamic scripts are injected or executed.

These permissions are used strictly for functional purposes within the extension.
