1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Shared Between Devices

When using the App's party feature, the following information is shared directly between devices via peer-to-peer connection (Apple MultipeerConnectivity):

• Device name: Your device's display name (visible to other party participants).
• Music playback data: Song information (title, artist, track ID) and playback position for synchronization purposes.

This data is transmitted directly between devices and is not sent to any server.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and app information: Basic technical information needed for the App to function (e.g., device type, OS version, app version).
• Usage time: The App tracks hosting session duration locally on your device to manage free tier limits. This data is stored only on your device.

1.3 Purchases

If you buy a subscription, Apple processes payments. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We may receive purchase status information (e.g., whether you have an active subscription) to unlock premium features. We do not receive your full payment details.

We use information to:

• Enable synchronized music playback between party participants.
• Operate the App and maintain security and stability.
