This Privacy Policy explains how PMP Exam Pro (the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use it. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information (when you sign in): such as email address and basic profile details. Authentication is handled through a third-party identity provider (currently Clerk).
- Support requests: information you choose to share when contacting support.
Information stored on your device
The App stores certain information locally on your device to provide core functionality, such as:
- Study progress and history (e.g., lesson attempts, streaks, scores).
- Onboarding preferences (e.g., goals, daily goal).
- App settings (e.g., theme, sounds/haptics, notification preferences and reminder time).
- Subscription state cache (e.g., whether you are premium), stored using encrypted device storage where available.
Information collected automatically
- App diagnostics and performance data: crash reports, device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version), error logs, and performance metrics. This is used to maintain and improve stability and is collected via Sentry.
- Technical identifiers: our service providers may process identifiers such as IP address and device identifiers as part of providing their services (for example, for fraud prevention, security, debugging, and reliability).
Purchases and subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription or other in-app product:
- Purchase metadata: such as product identifiers, purchase/receipt information, and subscription status.
- Payments are processed by the app store (e.g., Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
