Ovrid Labs ("we", "our", "us") develops Atlassian Marketplace apps built on Atlassian Forge. This privacy policy explains how our apps handle data.

Apps covered

This policy applies to all apps published by Ovrid Labs, including UserLens.

Data we process

Our apps process the following data from your Atlassian instance to provide their functionality:

• User directory information: display names, account identifiers, and account status
• Activity metadata: timestamps of actions performed within Atlassian products (e.g., issue updates, page edits, comments)
• Structural data: project names, space names, and organizational groupings

Where data is stored

All data is stored within Atlassian Forge Storage, which is hosted and managed by Atlassian on their infrastructure. We do not transmit, copy, or replicate your data to any external server, database, or third-party service.

Our apps make zero external network calls. All processing happens within the Atlassian Forge runtime.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect email addresses (unless explicitly provided in a feedback form)
• We do not collect passwords or authentication credentials
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for AI/ML training
