• All reflections, progress, and preferences remain stored locally on your device.
• We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party SDKs that access your information.

In-App Purchases

If you choose to support the project through the Tip Jar (in-app purchase), the transaction is processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Crisis Resources

The App includes a Crisis Help button for quick access to support hotlines. Tapping this will open your phone’s dialer — no data is collected or transmitted by the App.

Children’s Privacy

The App is safe for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
