Yanchen Zhao ("we", "us", or "our") is an individual developer who operates the OmniCut mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Using the App does not, by itself, mean you consent to your personal data being sent to a third-party AI provider. Before the App sends your photos, videos, reference images, or text prompts to a third-party AI provider for the first time, it will show an in-app notice that identifies what data will be sent, who will receive it, and why — and will ask for your explicit permission. If you decline, that content will not be sent and cloud AI generation features will not be available to you.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
