  1. Data Collection: NhanRead does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). All user settings are stored locally on the user's device using browser storage.
  2. Data Handling: To provide translation services, user-selected text or webpage content is sent to third-party translation engines (such as Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, etc.) based on the user's choice in the settings. This transmission is only done to perform the requested translation.
  3. Third-Party Services: We do not control how third-party translation providers handle your data. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the translation service you select within the app.
  4. Permissions: The extension requires storage for settings, contextMenus for ease of use, and offscreen for processing translations, and activeTab for enhanced security. None of these are used for tracking or advertising.
