1. Information We Collect

• Full name (provided during profile setup)
• Phone number (used for authentication via OTP)
• Profile photo (optional, uploaded by the user)
• Messages sent within the app (event chats and direct messages)
• Device identifier (FCM token for push notifications)

1. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To enable app features such as event discovery, chat, and live agendas
• To send push notifications about events and messages
• To identify you to other attendees at events you join

1. Data Sharing

   We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services.

2. Data Storage and Security

   All data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Storage). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Firebase complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

3. Data Deletion

   You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing info@gralix.co.

4. Third-Party Services

   NexVenue uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, push notifications)
• Google Play Services

1. Children's Privacy NexVenue is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
