1. Data Collection

Napoli Sotterranea VR does not directly collect or store personal user data on external servers.

However, the application uses platform services provided by the Meta Quest ecosystem which may process limited user data required for the correct functioning of the platform.

The following information may be processed through Meta platform services:

• User ID – a unique identifier associated with the user’s Meta account.
• User Age Category – used by the platform to enforce age-appropriate access.
• In-App Purchase information (IAP) – used to verify purchases and grant access to premium content.

This information is processed by the Meta platform and is not stored or transmitted by the application developer outside of the Meta ecosystem.

2. How Data Is Collected

The data listed above is collected automatically by the Meta platform when users:

• launch the application through their Meta account
• access platform services
• make in-app purchases within the application

Napoli Sotterranea VR only accesses the minimum information required to validate purchases and unlock the full experience.

3. How Data Is Used

The processed data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• verifying the user's purchase entitlement
