MuwolSoft ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users' personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 9, 2025.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

MuwolSoft processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. If the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as obtaining separate consent.

2. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information

1. MuwolSoft processes and retains personal information within the period required by law or within the period agreed upon by the user at the time of collection.

• Retention Period: Up to 3 years from the date of consent for collection and use
• Legal Basis: To ensure transparency in handling sensitive user and device data
• Related Law: Records regarding collection, processing, and use of credit information – 3 years
• Exceptions: None

3. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

1. MuwolSoft destroys personal information without delay when the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.
2. If personal information must be preserved in accordance with other laws even after the retention period has expired, such information will be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored separately.

3. Destruction procedures and methods:
   • Procedure: Personal information subject to destruction is selected and destroyed with approval from the Privacy Officer.
   • Method:
     • Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery.
     • Printed documents are shredded or incinerated.
