Mimo & Me ("we", "our", "us") is a children's activity app designed for kids ages 2-8, used together with a parent or guardian. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and families who use our app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Mimo & Me complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Apple's App Store Guidelines for the Kids category.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

• Child Profile Information: Name, birth month/year, allergens, dietary preferences, and interests. This data is used solely to personalize the app experience and filter age-appropriate content.
• Activity Data: Completed activities, favorite activities, ratings, and notes.
• Progress Data: Streaks, earned badges, and virtual garden items.
• App Preferences: Language setting, sound preference, and measurement system.
• Downloaded Activities: Activity content and images saved for offline use.

We do not require account creation to use the app. All personal data listed above remains on your device and under your control.

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data for the sole purpose of improving the app and content quality. This includes:

• App events such as activity completions, feature usage, and navigation patterns
• General device information (device model, OS version)
• App performance metrics

What we do NOT collect through analytics:

• Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information (PII)
