Med Report ("we," "our," or "us") provides tools to upload and analyze medical documents using artificial intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Account information: When you register or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers from sign-in providers (such as Google or Apple), and profile details you choose to provide.
Content you upload: We process files and images you submit for analysis (for example PDFs or photos of lab reports). To perform AI analysis, the full content of your uploaded document is transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (the provider of the Claude AI service). Analysis outputs are stored so you can access your report history.
Usage and device data: We may collect app version, device type, operating system, coarse diagnostics, and interaction data to improve stability, security, and features.
Subscriptions and billing: If you purchase or manage a plan, our payment or subscription partners may provide us with limited billing status or identifiers — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
We use information to operate the Services: authenticate you, process uploads, generate AI-assisted summaries and insights, show your history, enforce plan limits, and communicate with you about your account.
We use aggregated or de-identified data where possible to understand usage trends and improve the product.
We may send service-related messages (for example security notices). Marketing communications, if any, will follow applicable consent rules.
Information in your uploads may be considered health-related or sensitive in your jurisdiction. We treat such data with heightened care and process it only as needed to deliver the Services you request.
