Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• First and last name
• Optional profile picture

Health and fitness data

To provide our core training features, we store:

• Body metrics you provide (weight, max heart rate, resting heart rate, date of birth)
• Workout definitions you create or join
• Training sessions you complete (duration, distance, performance metrics, notes)
• Heart rate data recorded during sessions
• Computed training metrics (TRIMP load, heart rate zones)

Apple HealthKit

With your explicit permission, the App reads heart rate and workout data from Apple HealthKit during active sessions. HealthKit data never leaves your device unless it is associated with a session you record in Hybrid. We never read your full HealthKit history.
