This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the App collects, how it is used, the limited cases in which it is shared with service providers, and the rights available to you under applicable data-protection laws (including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CPRA, and similar worldwide frameworks).
Our guiding principle is data minimization – we keep your reflective content on your device whenever possible.
Your journals, moods, Mirror Moments, tags, and emotional-reset usage are stored locally on your device using secure app storage. We cannot access or retrieve this data. You may export or delete it at any time in Settings or by uninstalling the App.
Reflections written in Mirror Moments remain entirely on your device.
Premium users receive locally generated “Higher Self” responses produced by an offline algorithm. No reflection text leaves your device.
