FitPulse is an interval fitness timer application. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

Information stored locally on your device

FitPulse stores the following data exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers:

• Timer configurations (names, round durations, work/rest times)
• Application language preference
• Number of unlocked timer slots

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information.

Information collected by third-party services

FitPulse displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following information to serve relevant ads:

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• IP address and approximate location derived from IP
• App usage and interaction data related to ads

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC according to their own Privacy Policy. We do not have access to or control over this data.

3. How We Use Information

Locally stored data is used solely to provide app functionality:

• Saving and restoring your timer configurations
• Remembering your language preference
• Tracking the number of unlocked slots

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties, except as described above regarding Google AdMob.

4. Internet Access

FitPulse requires internet access solely for displaying advertisements. All core timer functionality works fully offline.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the application. Uninstalling FitPulse permanently deletes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

FitPulse is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
