When you upload an image for crystal identification:

• The image is temporarily sent to an AI processing service.
• The image is used only to generate identification results.
• The image is not stored, saved, or retained after processing.
• The image is not used for training AI models.
• The image is not shared with advertisers or third parties.

Processing is ephemeral and exists only for the duration required to return results.

Data Collection

CrysTalk does not collect:

• Personal accounts
• Email addresses
• Contact information
• Stored user content

No uploaded images are saved on our servers.

Third-Party Services

CrysTalk uses third-party AI services solely for identification functionality.

These services process images transiently and do not retain data.
