1. Overview

CourseFlow AI ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that automates

interactions on Coursera. This policy explains what data is handled, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

1. Data We Collect

a) Gemini API Key

• What: A Google Gemini API key provided by the user.
• How stored: Locally on your device using chrome.storage.local.

It is never sent to any CourseFlow AI or Automora-dev server.

• How used: Transmitted directly from your browser to Google's

Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) solely to process

quiz questions and return answers.

b) Quiz and Course Content

• What: Text content of quiz questions extracted from Coursera pages

you are actively viewing.

• How used: Sent directly to Google's Gemini API to generate answers. This only happens when you click "Solve Current Quiz."

This content is not stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere else.
