• ZIP code or location you choose for heat scores and alerts
• Notification preferences and heat-alert settings you configure
• App preferences stored locally on your device (for example, theme)

2.2 Device and app information

• A device identifier we generate or use to recognize your install (not your Apple ID)
• Platform (for example, iOS) and app version
• Push notification token (if you enable notifications), used only to deliver alerts you request

2.3 Location

If you allow location access, we may use your approximate device location to suggest a nearby California ZIP code or center the map. We do not continuously track your location in the background for advertising.

2.4 Usage and diagnostics

We may log basic app events (for example, screens viewed or actions taken) tied to your device identifier to improve the App and understand usage. We do not sell this information.
