How We Use Your Information We use your information to: • Provide and improve the App's functionality • Calculate your Calm Score and wellness metrics • Personalize your experience and recommendations • Send daily reminder notifications (if enabled) • Track your streaks and achievements • Manage your subscription and entitlements • Improve app performance and fix bugs
  3. Data Storage and Security All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your health data, session history, or personal information to external servers. • Health data remains in Apple HealthKit (encrypted by iOS) • Session history stored in AsyncStorage (device-local) • Preferences stored in AsyncStorage (device-local) • No cloud backup of sensitive data

HealthKit Privacy We take HealthKit privacy seriously: • Health data is NEVER shared with third parties • Health data is NEVER used for advertising • Health data stays on your device • You can revoke HealthKit access anytime in iOS Settings • We only read data during active sessions • We save mindful sessions to your Health app (with permission)
  5. Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services: 5.1 Apple App Store & StoreKit For subscription management and payments. Apple's privacy policy applies to transaction data. 5.2 Push Notifications (Notifee) For daily reminders (if enabled). Notifications are sent locally from your device.
  6. Data Retention • Session history: Last 100 sessions (automatically pruned) • User preferences: Until you delete the app • Health data: Managed by Apple HealthKit • You can delete all data via Settings → Developer Menu → Reset All Data
  7. Children's Privacy The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us at ampysapps@gmail.com.
  8. Your Privacy Rights You have the right to: • Access your data (view in Settings) • Delete your data (reset in Settings) • Revoke HealthKit permissions (iOS Settings) • Disable notifications (App or iOS Settings) • Export session history (planned feature)
  9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA) California residents have additional rights under the CCPA: • Right to know what data is collected • Right to delete personal information • Right to opt-out of data sales (we don't sell data) • Right to non-discrimination
