Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bet On It mobile application (the "App"). We adhere to a strict "Local-First" privacy model, ensuring your game nights and simulated bets remain private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Real Money/Financial Data: We do not collect bank details, credit card numbers, or any financial information. All "bets" are simulated using in-game points with no real-world value.
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
- AirPlay Connectivity: The App utilizes Apple’s AirPlay technology to display the race tracks and statistics on compatible televisions. This connection is managed by your system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor or receive data from your stream.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All logic for horse racing randomization and statistic generation happens strictly on your hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your "bankroll" and session history are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Bet On It.
1. Simulated Gambling Disclaimer
- No Real Currency: Bet On It is a simulation for entertainment purposes only. The "points" or "tokens" used in the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
- No Facilitation of Gambling: This App is a social utility for groups. Plation Inc. does not host, facilitate, or encourage real-money gambling. Users agree not to use the App to facilitate illegal betting.
2. Accuracy of Statistics The "Famous Statistics" mode provides data for entertainment and trivia purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Plation Inc. is not liable for errors in the data or for the subjective outcome of randomized racing simulations.
3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plation Inc. shall not be liable for any social disputes or financial losses occurring between players outside of the App’s environment.
