3. How We Use Your Information：We use data to provide authentication, improve performance, deliver notifications, and detect security issues.

4. Data Security：Passwords are encrypted. Data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored securely on Firebase.

5. Data Retention and Deletion：Your data remains while your account is active. You may delete your account anytime.

6. Third-Party Services

   We use several third-party services to operate and improve LegitEvi, including:

   Firebase Authentication – for secure login and account management

   Firebase Firestore – for database storage

   Firebase Cloud Messaging – for notifications

   Firebase Analytics – to collect anonymized data about app usage, performance, and user interactions.

   This helps us understand how users engage with LegitEvi, identify crashes, and improve functionality.

   Firebase Analytics may collect device information, app version, screen views, and general interaction data.

   No personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or password is shared with Firebase Analytics.

7. Children’s Privacy：LegitEvi is not for users under 13. Parents can request deletion via developer@geneomic.com.

8. Your Rights：You can access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us.

9. Updates：We may revise this Privacy Policy; changes will be communicated via app or email.

10. LegitEvi uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your permission before tracking your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

    This tracking may include anonymous analytics data, ad performance metrics, and engagement statistics that help us understand how users interact with LegitEvi and improve user experience.

    When you open the app on iOS devices, you may see a system prompt asking for permission to “Allow LegitEvi to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.”

    You may choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track.”

    If you grant permission, we may collect:

    • Anonymous device identifiers (IDFA)
    • Interaction data used for performance and feature improvement
    • General analytics metrics through Firebase Analytics

    If you deny permission, LegitEvi will still function normally, but analytics and tracking will be limited to essential, non-personal data needed for app operation.
