Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Hello. We are inxR Inc, a small group of creatives in Osaka who is building a job board supporting XR talents working at and with the XR development community and its accompanying website at matchxrs.com. We aim to connect wonderful talent with wonderful careers helping to make XR works that wow and inspire people all over the world. This effort is built upon technologies that require that we collect and utilize some of your personal information.

Currently, we require individuals who sign up for the Work With Indies newsletter to provide a name and an email address. For employers, we require a contact name and email address, as well as various public company details such as name, website, location, the number of employees, and more.

Job Posting Information: When purchasing an advertisement for an available career opportunity at your company, we will ask for public information related to the career, such as a job title and job description, for display across our various Services.

Public Profile Information: If and when we create the ability to serve public profiles, we will collect the information that you provide for your public profile. For example, if you have a Work With Indies account, your username may be part of that public profile, along with any other information you put into your public profile, such as a photo or an “About Me” description. Your public profile information would be just that–public–so please keep that in mind when deciding what information you would like to include.
