ThinkFlow helps users practice expressing their own thoughts in a foreign language. This policy explains what information ThinkFlow uses and why.
1. Information We Use
- Profile name: Used to personalize the app screen and stored on the user's current device.
- Practice records: Questions, thoughts written by the user, core ideas, expression sentences, AI feedback, suggested expressions, follow-up answers, and reflections are stored in the app.
- AI feedback request information: When the user requests AI feedback, the question, core idea, written expression, selected languages, and expression level are sent to the ThinkFlow API server and may be forwarded to the OpenAI API for evaluation.
- Technical information: Request time, error status, and server logs may be temporarily recorded to check server stability.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- ThinkFlow currently does not provide Apple login, Google login, or account creation.
- ThinkFlow currently does not collect email addresses inside the app.
- ThinkFlow currently does not use advertising tracking, third-party ad SDKs, or location data collection.
- ThinkFlow currently does not use a separate analytics SDK.
3. How We Use Information
- To display the user's practice history in the app
- To provide AI feedback and suggested expressions
- To identify app errors and improve service stability
4. Where Information Is Stored
- Practice records are stored locally on the user's device by default.
- When AI feedback is requested, parts of the user's input may be sent to the ThinkFlow API server and OpenAI API.
