To function effectively as a daily checklist and log, the App may request specific system permissions:

• Local Notifications: These notifications are scheduled and triggered entirely inside iOS locally; no external server triggers them.
• Screen Time Permissions: Managed locally and privately to block distracting apps of your choice.
