This Privacy Policy explains how Ivan de Cabo ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Dinodoku (the "App"). We are based in Spain. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

We designed Dinodoku to be privacy-friendly. The App does not require an account, and you can play without signing in.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide. The App does not ask you to create an account and does not request personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

b) Data stored on your device. Your game progress, settings, and preferences (for example, completed levels and options) are stored locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

c) Information collected automatically. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymous statistics (for example, downloads and crash counts) through App Store Connect. This information does not identify you individually.

2. Advertising

Dinodoku is currently ad-free. We plan to introduce advertising in a future update. When advertising is enabled, the following will apply:

The App may display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners (for example, Google AdMob or AppLovin). To serve and measure ads, these partners may collect or receive certain information automatically, such as a device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), IP address, device type and operating system, and interactions with ads. Some of this processing may be used to personalize ads and may be considered "tracking" under Apple's rules.

Where required, we will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any tracking takes place. You can change this choice at any time in your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you do not grant permission, you may still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

The data practices of advertising partners are governed by their own privacy policies. We will identify our advertising partners and link to their policies here when advertising is introduced.

3. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how the App is used (for example, anonymous events and crash diagnostics) so we can improve gameplay and fix bugs. Where used, these tools rely on anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers and do not collect data that directly identifies you.

4. Legal Bases (EEA / UK Users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process information based on:

You may withdraw consent at any time.
