1. About Us
Flag It! is developed and published by FoxBlume Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application, Flag It! (the "App").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Who This App Is For
Flag It! is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us at foxblumelabs@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government-issued ID.
3.1 Information You Provide
- Display name and age — entered voluntarily during onboarding. These are stored locally on your device and synced to our backend solely to restore your progress if you reinstall the App.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Anonymous device identifier — when you first launch the App, we generate an anonymous session ID (via Supabase anonymous authentication). This ID is a random UUID and is not linked to your real identity. It is used to store your game progress and sync it to the cloud.
- Gameplay data — scores, rounds played, streaks, XP, achievements, and difficulty levels completed. This data is used solely to power in-app features like your profile, leaderboard, and achievement system.
- Device and technical information — operating system (iOS or Android), app version. Collected by analytics services to help us diagnose issues and improve the App.
- Push notification token — if you grant notification permission, we may store a push token to send you reminders (e.g., daily challenge alerts) via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can revoke this at any time in your device's system settings.
