This Privacy Policy explains how nailed ("nailed", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the nailed iOS app and its Share Extension (together, the "App"). nailed is published by Iván de Cabo, NIF 43214855V, with registered address at Calle Las Morerillas 5, 41701 Dos Hermanas, Sevilla, Spain ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not collect: your name, email, phone, address, contacts, location, microphone, health, biometric identifiers, or anything we don't list above.
We rely on third-party service providers that process your data on our behalf under written data-processing agreements as processors under GDPR (Art. 28). They are bound by confidentiality and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose. We do not share data with data brokers.
International transfers. Where data leaves the European Economic Area (mainly transfers to the United States), we rely on (i) the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified and (ii) the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, 2021/914) as a supplementary safeguard.
