This Privacy Policy explains how All In One Plate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the All in One Plate mobile application (the “App”). We built this app to help you understand your own health — never to sell your data.

2. Information we collect
We only collect information needed to operate the App. We do not collect from third-party data brokers, and we do not purchase or sell personal data.
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information. Email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), display name, and account creation date. You may also use the App as a guest with no email; in that case we create an anonymous account identifier on the device.
- Health questionnaire responses. Any answers you choose to provide in the in-app questionnaire (lifestyle, sleep, diet, current medications, conditions, etc.). All fields are optional.
- Profile and body metrics. Height, weight, sex (used only for nutrition estimates), and other optional fields you enter in your profile.
- Logs you create. Meals you log, daily check-ins, weight and measurement entries, and free-form notes you write in “Health History.”
- App preferences. Units (metric/imperial), notification preferences, daily nutrition goals.
- Communications. When you contact us at allinoneplate@protonmail.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
