Privacy Policy — AI Trader Assistant for ByBit

1. Data We Collect This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for its operation:

• ByBit UID: used solely to verify access authorization. It is sent to our server for a yes/no access check and is not stored beyond what is in our authorized-users list.
• Chart screenshots: captured locally and sent to our server for AI analysis only. Screenshots are not stored after processing.
• Chat history: stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and never transmitted except as context for the current AI query.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No name, email, or contact information
• No browsing history
• No financial account data or trading positions
• No cookies or tracking

1. Third-Party Services Chart images and your questions are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI API (api.anthropic.com) under Anthropic's privacy policy: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy
2. Data Retention Screenshots are processed in memory and discarded immediately. UID access records are deleted upon request.
